Antelope Valley School District

Before you can register your student, we will need information from you so that we can give you registration codes and instructions for you to complete the online process.   To give Highland the information we require for you to complete the online component of your registration, click here:  Once we receive your completed online application, in mid-July our office will email you the information that you need to complete your online registration.  Once the online component is complete, you will need to come to Highland High School on the dates/times shown below to finalize the registration.

Your student must be enrolled at the high school in your attendance area, unless an approved Open Enrollment waiver has been received.

To register your student, you will need to bring with you:

1. Two current (within last 60 days) utility bills/lease agreement/closing escrow papers/personal mail in the name of student's  Parent/Guardian, OR approved Open Enrollment waiver.  You may not register your student without this information.

2. Immunization records.  California state law requires that immunization records are to be provided in order to attend school - you may not register your student without this information.

3. InfoSnap signature page.

It is recommended that you also bring a copy of your student's birth certificate or passport, but if you don't have it, that will not delay your registration.

Our registration hours will begin July 23, from 7:30 - 10:00 am Monday - Thursday, and July 30, from 7:30 - 10:00 am Monday - Thursday.  There will be no registration the week of August 6.  Late registration will begin August 13, from 7:30 - 10:00 am Monday - Thursday.  WE DO NOT HAVE REGISTRATION ON FRIDAYS.

If you register your student during the first week of school, please allow up to 3-4 hours for the process.

Salute to Youth

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, business, industry and government leaders gather at the AV Fairgrounds to share future opportunities with high school ninth graders and middle school students.

"Salute to Youth: The Career Connection" will bring local high school ninth-grade and middle school students together to learn about different career and education opportunities available after high school. This event helps students and parents begin to discover a career path and the resources available to move toward that goal. We invite local business, industry and government leaders to join us in encouraging Antelope Valley students to prepare for their futures!
