Mock Trial
The Mock Trial program at Highland High School (HHS) is a four course sequence that provides one COLLEGE PREPARATORY (G) elective per year of high school. The HHS Mock Trial Team competes in the Los Angeles County Mock Trial Competition each fall, and in the AVHSD Mock Trial Competition each Spring.
Participating in Mock Trial “...help[s] students acquire a working knowledge of our judicial system, develop analytical abilities and communication skills, and gain an understanding of their obligations and responsibilities as participating members of our society."
